Ninti Kata Consultancy, Aboriginal Owned and Led Consultancy

My mission is to create positive and lasting change for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and Australia as a whole

I founded Ninti Kata in 2020, after a successful career as an executive leader in Aboriginal affairs across various sectors and regions.

With 25 years of experience and multiple awards, I have demonstrated my ability to deliver mutually beneficial and high-quality outcomes for Aboriginal communities, organisations, and stakeholders, using a 'two-world view' that respects and integrates cultural and human rights perspectives.

I have also held various advisory roles, and am currently the Convener of Reconciliation Australia's Voice, Governance and Institutional Integrity RAP Leadership Community of Practice and former member of the National NAIDOC Committee, where I contribute to advancing the recognition and empowerment of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

I am a former Honorary Aboriginal Fellow at the Centre of Aboriginal Economic Policy Research, ANU, IndigiX Global Leader Alumni and Thought Leader on the Mineral Council of Australia’s Reconciliation Committee.
